Funny Lance & true LOL Ford the problem is Operator error not hard drive. if you followed directions & knew something about standard operation & drivers you would be cutting like a banshee as the info you recieved was perfect & almost infallable

Matt that is an excellent idea get a known good file & cut it that will set any operator programming issue in the front to be seen I have an embroidery file just for that purpose if I have big problems I can run it & check all my setting on the machine.

the model RailRoad guys use the Alps brand printers but they have been discontinued & no longer have support , some have adapted other brands of supplies to them they can be found on sleazeBay for 500 or so but be aware many are JUNK
