Just call them at Clean Cut. They will guide you better than anyone. I had a problem cutting some vinyl I hadn't used before and they were more than helpful. Learned a lot from them.

Check the Rapid Tac web site. They show videos of how to apply in very cold weather. I have followed their instructions and successfully installed vinyl at 20 degrees. Takes a little extra time and you freeze your butt off, but it can be done.
