    Check the Rapid Tac web site. They show videos of how to apply in very cold weather. I have followed their instructions and successfully installed vinyl at 20 degrees. Takes a little extra time and you freeze your butt off, but it can be done.

    Sharp squeegee, clean with Rapid Prep, apply dry or with Rapid Tac, spray transfer tape after application, peel back at 180 degrees. No bubbles.

    Is this a duplicate request on your GX24. Posted a couple of weeks ago "130 gf seems like way to much. I cut Oracal with 80 gf. Start at the beginning. Check the cut strip for ware. Check the blade holder to be sure the blade is turning. Perhaps a tiny drop of oil would help smooth things...
