I always instruct my clients on proper care with these types of signs. I also make up a coroplast folder for my clients to store their mags in when not in use.
.... And no warranty on magnetic signs! So be carefull with them.
TrendMicro's Rootkit Buster is pretty badass as well. That sucker can take over your computer ... Make it run like a SOB ... Restarts your computer a few times on it's own.
I surf where i want to surf and like going to the dark side of the internet ... It's more fun over there!
If i have...
Good bits make a world of difference!!! I like the Dewalt bits or other "black metal" bits. None of that white metal cheap azz crap. I destroy those bits in less than a minute with my old Walter/Metabo hammer drill.
Do you not have a coroplast knife?
For riders i would do them vertical ... If a good gust of wind hits them with horizontal flutes then it will bend and be forever limp.

Whenever i have a seam...

Get the money as a deposit before you do the work though!!!
Hey ... I love it when customers give me artwork like that! That means an extra 125.00$ for vector conversion (what i would charge for that ummm logo). If they want the file after ... add 75.00$
And of course i would redo their layout for free.
Definately not during working hours maybe 1 or 2 beers after 5-6 oclock but thats about it but it is also rare ... If i am in the shop .. That means i need to get work done.
Once i get home thought ... I do enjoy a little bit of alcohol to relax. If you want to say i have a problem, then so...
We go out in -15, -20 no problems. You just have to dress warm (layers is best). Colder than that ... Even customers will understand if you delay the job a day or two.
The coldest install i ever did was when i was working for an old man (best boss ever) .. He apologized and said that this...
