380 is softer and more pliable. It's also more expensive.

3M IJ35-C is awesome. Just like any other product, you need to use it in the right applications, or you will get failures. But that is true of anything. For calendered air release, all I use is IJ35C.

I get paid in full in advance for all jobs under $500. If you have a client who doesn't value your design capabilities, then you don't have a customer. If your design capabilities are so poor that your customer thinks they can do just as good themselves, then you have the wrong career.
