    since you aren't laminating, use a cheap calendared film to fully do injustice to your customers :thumb:

    anything cast should be fine if the design lends to solid cut vinyl I would go that route for color longevity, since you can't remove and replace

    clean your encoder strip ("clear" strip running along the top of the carriage, full length of printer - DO NOT clean with printer head/wiper cleaner) looks like your bidi alignment is a bit out of whack too

  21. Contour cutting layers

    perhaps an image would help. typically you would weld all shapes that would be part of the contour cut, define its spot color correctly, then output to 'not have it cut' the inner stuff, dont include that in the contour path...
