same place you get all sign supplies? I would probably use ACM instead of either PVC or alum.

you SHOULD use mechanical fasteners too -- the only way I can think on a double sided ACM sign is - make sure your placement of track is PERFECT on both sides, and use machine screws and bolts through both tracks...not even metal rivets will work

weldon is for acrylic to acrylic. might have to bust out a razer blade and shave it off to reuse rivets every foot + some vhb should work well

the C is your main issue. head soak to see if it helps

+1 actually - I would probably do a full frame with 1.5" aluminum angle, vertical ones placed every 4' for seams lag bolt some top and bottom rails to the wall, hoist the whole sign as one up to the rails, slip it on, and use set screws to fasten it to the rails Edit: if the weight is an issue...

or apply edge printed vinyl to banners. I've never seen, or heard of, edge printable banner. at that size it is rediculous to develop.

looks like some of the seams would hit at the window voids, so best bet would be 5) full 18' horizontal stringers
