Wow welcome. I have no problem with your avatar, it is not my style but I can appreciate the uniqueness, I dont find it degrading to women maybe that is just your personal interpretation????...on the other hand I would agree that the guy in the glass house's avatar is hilarious especially...
now I'd love to win $1500 cachingo's baby :) but I think that in the rules it should be Hand Methods only meaning no automated machinery...but of course it could be awesome for you to see the big squeegee blow the socks off of automated equipment.
so for clarification is this a big squeegee contest or who can make the signs the quickest regardless of method?
my opinion is it should be the quickest regardless of method, if the big squeegee is the fastest you will have material for advertising showing the benefits in real life...

i am guessing by your screenname that you probably print graphics for rc vehicles yes no? if so that is about one of the only instances where i could even consider a colorcamm and it would have to be for hobby use only.

I had a pnc 1100 when it was a new machine and cut literally miles of vinyl with it and being before digital print did some incredibly intricit jobs with it OFTEN and never had a problem, so sadly i must say that Flame's statement is not based on real world experience. I would agree though that...
surfacing the table is also one of the things to do but if other things are a miss this wouldn't be where i started. the reason i think it is something else is that they changed the table because it wasnt cutting correctly. no offense meant but if you dont know what the gantry is (the...
there is a multitude of issues that could cause this. since you mentioned that it has a new tabletop the first thing that i would investigate would be the installation of the tabletop. assuming that the tabletop is level the next thing i would be worried about would be possible slight damage...
I charge extra (ALOT extra when I have to play banker and wait for my payment) but no I don't give discounts for cash and do not agree with cash deals for the sake of not collecting sales tax, what a stupid practice.
