if you run out a length of thermoflex and it's not tracking correctly, you release the rollers, straighten the film, tighten the rollers and check that it's tracking straight.
You might have a sport film from Stahl's which Specialty has as well. It's way over kill for tshirt or hoodies. I only use Sport film on mesh garments.
Always make sure your material is tracking straight before sending to cut. Feed a run out and make sure it's tracking straight then feed it...
I do both rotary and laser engraving. My rotary is a Xenetech, love it and the support. My laser is an Epilog 40 Watt. I also dye sub a quite a few name badges in full color for some of my customers. We do about 3,000 full color for one of our customers every year. I also do quite a bit of...
I do alot of dye sub mugs, plaques and custom inserts for awards. I also do a fair amount of name badges. I am lucky to have 2 suppliers in-state. One being the link in the previous post, the other being Joto Paper. I also purchase from Conde.
I have learned that I prefer Unisub products...
Shocking news. Matt and his family will be in my thoughts today. Even though I never met Matt other then on the forum and some PM's, I feel a loss. Prayers to his family.
I got some PNC1210's as part of a business I took over. It was really easy to download the drivers and the manual from Roland. Not sure what trouble you are having but the manual for the PNC1000 is the same. It should be easy to find on the Roland site.
I kind of agree with OP. Is it that...
Nintendo is a customer of ours and VERY picky and protective of their stuff. Not sure you will find much, just don't reproduce that for sale if you find any.
700??? you are going to press 700 shirts?? Can't you sub out to a screen printer that is automated??
Don't think I would even think about pressing 700.
There are several manufacturers but I will caution you to only purchase for a supplier that has FDA approved ingredients. Anytime you are applying something to the skin, it better be FDA approved or you are at a huge liability.
Welcome. Will need to talk to you some time about the large format stuff. I do the small stuff with dye sub but sometimes need a source for the bigger stuff.
I just have the basic Xenetech software. No special software for making stone patterns. I've seen some YouTube videos on making stone stencils but have not tried it yet.
