are you laser or rotary cutting the stencils and what material are you using I have seen a tut on doing them in corel but they can be done on my rotary engraver as well.

Mike, those are great videos. I never thought about sealing twill with vinyl. I have used multi layer twill before but will have to try the vinyl and twill. Like my laser for twill cutting over the plotter, it seals the edges nice with the laser but guess that would not matter with the vinyl...

I will have to look at the manual again but I know that when you are setting it up you have to set it at rotate 90 degrees for it to start plotting on the front corner. I am just not sure without looking at the pdf manual at what step in the setup that is. Glad you are cutting and making money...

Stan, I remember setting the origin on one we had set up. It's in the book, you just have to find it and read and set it step by step. Also OP is an old PNC user that might be able to help.

Nothing, come out to North Bend and buy one of my awsome PNC1210's. Solid Roland work horse. Since you can pick up, saves you a ton in shipping. If you are not interested, just stay away from the no name Chinese crap.

just use the bezier tool to draw the shape then thicken the line to desired thickness.
