Gerber recently did a sales initiative where they threw in a layout program with the purchase of a full copy. It does not output. Generally freebie programs from Gerber are not upgradeable. It is useful for somebody who has a full version to design at home or for sales presentations. Craig

Any chance you are running multiple dongles or an old parallel dongle with a printer installed on it? I have even seen people print through their dongles with an old edge, but 99% of the time that can cause issues. Full of temp files maybe/ more than likely, its what Tony was dealing with...

I still sell a couple of Edges a month, they are a great machine. For $1500 you need to know what you are getting and make sure it works...thats a good deal. Remember that you will need software (most likely Omega) and a 15" plotter. If these are included at that price....jump on it quick...
