    I doubt you are making them, so... get the job quoted from a wholesaler mark it up (2x) add install add permitting etc if you get the job, great if not, move on.

    download illustrator CS2 (the whole CS2 suite, as well, if you want) for free from adobe.com - just register, go to downloads, legacy section see if you like it.

    this makes sense, since you say it prints a faint outline of the artwork along with the cropmarks I still find it dumb you cant print crop marks and art in one pass with black spot
