I would suggest next time instead of printing a 4x8 is you print a 4 x9 or 10 and cayy that extra over on the new sheet and jump that spot where materials join OR strat laying the prints from the seam going out
We always order our prints a little larger than 4x8 cause there is not way they will...

I have to comment on this. I dont know where these statistics came from but in my opinion when you design a logo you should not worry about any other aspects except how the design looks while your designing it.
