If they own a body shop make them handle it. It's not worth it. I've used Easy Off to remove painted graphics. It makes a mess, you can't do it outside in the sun, you have to wear gloves so you don't burn yourself, if it touches aluminum it turns it black, it can turn paint to goo so you have...
