You did pretty good considering what you had to work with. That's the best you could have hoped for. But like WrapperX says. You have to trim/cut where the panels overlap or else it will stretch and tear the vinyl once the vehicle is back on the road.

Didn't think of saying that but yes ... absolutely. A number of times i have been asked to lower my cost because of a customer "saying" they were quoted lower from someone else. Well ... I just asked to have a copy of these quotes so i could at least compare.

In Canada there are only two seasons ... Winter and July! ... It's either frickin' cold or frickin' hot. I'll take the hot anyday over cold. This year has been alright except for the huge amount of rainfall last April/Mai.

The hardest thing for me wasn't the withdrawl it was the "habit" of lighting one up. Especially "once in the car" or "after a meal". But that takes time. The best thing is to stick with it.

Yeah .. I always set my blade force on the cutter itself.
If you save your flexi file after you sent it to the printer i think Flexi saves the output information also. If you just save the file, then print, then close it Flexi will not have that info and will only remember the last job's...
After wasting enough material i guess i have learned. Check ... double check ... triple check !!!!!! All the settings before you hit the cut or print command. I also hit the origin set button on my plotter or printer about 2 or 3 times before i start anykind of production.
I know your pain...
