We found Kolorcure Metal and Glass Primer would help with this as well. While there are alot of reasons why this could happen, the majority of the issue is your material. Corrugated plastic has a shelf life. That's an old sheet and the Dyne Level has surely dropped.

I am sorry I didn't see this sooner, but yes we have had similar issues and it tends to be a data issue.
I used a toothbrush and electronic parts cleaner to literally scrub the contacts of the print head and the data cable. In the end, this solved our issue. It wasn't actually a bad data cable...
Have you guys tried sticking vinyl, tape or lam to the belt to pull up the ink? We found that using Briteline Shield (or General Formulations 400) works pretty well for this and isn't too expensive.
Squeegee it down to the worst spots and rip up. It will bring ink with it. Repeat until clean...

Yes, we try to buy from them but have found the same issue. Very inconsistent. I think the decisions are made top down with little feedback from Frontline sales people.
