also print a swatch tasble for 1440 x 720. The difference is very noticeable even with a 4 pass. How much more ink it uses is beyond me.

how do you know how much ink to add and after you do that do the ink sensors stop working, ie air in the lines?

by disabling that option will certain files fail to open?

lots of material can have modelling on the rolls, thats when the high speed rollers that give it the gloss are not performing properly I believe. It usually goes away with some heat or sunshine. Not sure if thats what you have but I see it a lot in cut vinyl specifically 3m lately.

Well I called the Fletcher company this morning and they have a technical rep and he sent me 2 pdf files... 1 for squaring the cutter and another for aligning the laser. I am greatful to be able to get those but wonder why they would not include them in the packaging of the unit...weird. So...
