    i was being sarcastic. we spend a ton on adwords. whether or not it can be measured dollar for dollar, who knows. sometimes i feel that its worthless when the phones dont ring off the hook. but, i know marketing is a shotgun approach, so i continue to use it.

    we buy the hanger magnets and magnet covers from kjmagnetics. we have about 30+ of them in the shop. WAY cheaper than the ones from rob ivers, and they are identical. only time we use tape is on aluminum or fiberglass vehicles.

    go flood coat some 180c with black, lam it right away and watch it curl up like a snake when you go to install it. if you dont know that, then you havent installed enough wraps. like jester said, it makes a huge difference in the install. it also makes a difference in how the lam adheres to...

    subbing out equals: zero waste, zero headache, zero taxes, and on a job like this ZERO profit (fleet jobs have very little profit to begin with and as mentioned above, this is one of those cases). buy a printer. let the job pay for it. keep the printer and profit from it for the rest of its life.

    a true wholesaler should have all the sizes appropriate to maximize usage and minimize waste. that said, the choices are still limited and there will be waste, just as if you were to print it yourself. you would incur the waste, and pay for it, so why should the wholesaler pay for it for you...
