    I would use 3m electrocut (7725) with the clear plastic liner - you can cut deeper without fear of the backer ripping up when weeding

  19. Contour cutting with Flexi, not printed with flexi

    Ive done it (no opos) since my plotter has 2 independant pinch rollers - its much tougher with plotters that raise all rollers at once. set origin, send just the outer square (to test for alignment, and resize if necessary), then once the square cut is true, send the whole thing. major PITA.

    If you dont have access to CNC / someone with CNC and you have multiples, jigsaw 1 out of MDF then use a flush trim router bit to make your blanks
