If you don't have the space for a slitter, you can add an option to your decals for an ez-peel tab. roughly a 1/8" piece of extra material that acts the same as cutting the liner but it's on the front. Depending on your process, it's relatively quick and it frees you up to work on other things...

Instead of trying to hit the individual decals with a single set of instructions, what about printing your instructions like a step and repeat across the entire backing? That way you don't have to worry, to an extent, about alignment.

We're definitely not perfect, but the concept is the same. Haha, that's why we stick to the printing and let others handle the installs!

If a video is too much, something simple we do is ask for references or additional information to be emailed to us as the end of the interview. If they don't bother just sending an email within 48hrs of meeting with us, then that tells us a lot as well. No matter how well the interview went.
