We use vonage and are pretty happy with it. If you want integrations, you should check out ring central. They seem to have the most integrations with CRMs and such. Pretty nice to have a customer's basic information and previous job pop up on your screen when they call!

Pricing out cutting on a table is a very challenging thing to do. We bill by estimated average hour on our Zund. You win some and you lose some. If you have a very large job, we can plug in the file and get an estimated cutting time.

Can you take a small section and test it first? Make sure the resolution and file output is what you are expecting. Just a 4ftx4ft section or smaller?
