Ive only been in the business for about 5 years and I sometimes get the "burnout" feeling. But it mostly depends on what I get to do that day. If it is boring weeding (and I actually sometimes enjoy this) or paperwork or know that I am going to be pulling a 12 hour day. I know yours is different...
