    Sorry, it just popped into my head. Make a lever with a 2x6 and a cinderblock. Ratchet strap the end of the 2x6 to the post and step on the other end. Alot cheaper than buying something.

    Well, maybe, but you'll have to take the front panel apart anyway to clean it thoroughly so you may as well just order one and do it. It's simple, less than 100 bucks and shouldnt take you longer than an hour or so. I limped by for awhile with no wiper engagement but you'll want to fix it.

    I recently had the same problem, and it required a new pump assembly. The gearing was worn out. Fortunately, it's an inexpensive part!

    I think it's Flexi. Did you try downloading latest profiles from Flexi? I had similar experience, and i'm using newer profiles now.

    IMO, a supplier advertising on craigslist is a pretty good indication of the state of their business right now. They are grasping at straws and just may be out of business in short order. Just who are they trying to target with those ads? There is no mention or cricuts or hobby or scrap booking...
