I've been using SignLab for about 5 years, version 7.1 currently. Only had a couple of small problems that their tech service people were very helpful with. The customer support is always the most important thing for me and they pass with flying colors.

I use my PC 60 about twice a month for emergency/rush/while you wait jobs only. I charge accordingly for that service. I outsource everything else and have it back within 3-4 business days from D&T Graphics a merchant member here on Signs 101.

Depends on weather you want to attract someone who is looking for a plumber or someone who know Mr. ABC is a plumber and is looking for him. In most cases I think you want to direct your signage towards people who want a plumber.

Slow the cutting down, lower the cutting pressure, check the cutting strip to be sure it's smooth and cut free, change to Clean Cut blades.

Heat, lil chilzler, Rapid remove, lots of patience and care.
