It's the combination of a fine screen mesh with thick ink. Try thining some down and see if that helps. I personaly use 200 mesh screens with multi purpose ink. No cobwebs.

oUCH!!!! Friggin expensive. But i do understand. My cat spent a weekend at the vets for a urinary track infection. Tests and medication cost me 600$. But i couldnt watch my little buddy go through the pain. He brings me to much hapiness in my house! ... Best of luck to your dog Tim!

Glad you are feeling better. I had a friend who had kidney stones a while back and we searched on the internet for more info and one thing that stuck in my mind was that it was a worse pain than being shot!!

I use a plexiglass cutting blade to score aluminum. Works well. And i also clamp a scrap piece of MDO when i am ready to bend my piece.

Looks pretty cool. As it is now the say it is for non-commercial use. Whatever you create from it you can only dowload a flattened version of your work. They say they are working on this now and will be offering it soon for registered members (and i assume a commercial usage fee). I didn't see...
