No No No, not old vinyl, I use odd colors that have been in my shop 20 years, seriously I have a box of odd colors and some that I don't use have been in there from the get go. One problem might be you cut too deep, or it is humid, or the tape is old. Cut, weed and tape some and lay it face...

I just print two one sided banners and say here you are. The amount of messing around is way less cost. Banner material is cheap. Lesson learned about 15-20 years ago....unless your time is worth nothing. I can run two 8' banners in 15 minutes, or mess around and try and line up for a double...

What was the size/per VHB you used. The ONLY prblem I have ever had with VHB is getting is back off after installed. You need alittle more thane 1/2 long piece. 20"x20" should have at least four to six 1"x1" squares and not on the "d" rings on the aluma itself. The suff is great, but not magic...

Good for you....they probly had it in storage cause they figured out how easily that crap gets damaged. Stopped using it a few years back....that being said, if I got that pile for $100 I would be using it again in a heartbeat!!!!

I shear it, I jig saw it, I route it. That stuff is easy to work with. You must be a PITA to him. Same reason I no longer do sub work for other shops, they always think they should be at the front of the line and pay half as much!
