  4. Liquid Laminators?? any suggestions or reviews

I never used liquid lam, but one thing that comes to mind - if you do a large batch, you need to have enough space for all that stuff to lay around and dry. Not sure if it can be hung while drying - may need lots of table space. And how long does it have to dry before you can handle it? And so...

She's just hard to please and not a happy camper most of the time. Instead of seeing the good she always looks for the bad. Her initial reaction when she saw it done was good, but she instantly jumped to bustin' my chops about the haze on the tile - it absolutely has to be completely haze-free...

  16. God I hate these type of customers

You get to the point where people are just ridiculous and you have to do something. I dont know what goes on in some peoples heads- i guess it's a form of self preservation at their jobs- they have to constantly strive for the cheapest price for their projects instead of looking at the bigger...
  17. Tile as a substrate

Absolutely beautiful work! And a very nice website as well! You are putting vinyl on tile, and they look nice displayed on a plate cradle, but is anyone actually installing it? I'm thinking that the vinyl would be ruined with all the troweling and rubbing during the grouting.

Anyone ever use tile as a substrate? i put up a new tile backsplash this weekend and the whole time I was doing it I was thinking what an interesting array of possibilities... So what would you do - print directly on the tile? Can you do that via sublimation? Could you apply vinyl? Maybe apply...

Did some tiling yesterday. The missus has been bugging me to do the back splash before thanksgiving, and since I work best under pressure, here we are. So today I've been running back and forth between the printer and grouting the tiles. I work froom home so it's not a far run, but even still...
