lol yup the ol bait and switch, sorry about your luck, and a good reason not to do design work unless paid, only exceptions is customers you know that will not cheat you. Design / layout work is 60% of any job, if your not getting paid for that, where is the profit ?

Just had pay by check for 2- 4X8s even mounted on main pole ( easy mount, Coro also ) so nothing huge , anyway turned out it bounced, my bank took almost a month to give me a copy that other bank would not cash, meantime customer played hide and seek, another month goes by I get a better copy...

Wow that is at least a half your day is spent on this if your lucky other wise up to a full day . Well I know you get a big thank you from me Fred, knows I'm not much help since I enjoy hand lettering and so do my customers still want me to continue, but I still get a wealth of information...

The ballast on top sometimes sides never bottom, lamps depends on size and how configured. Look at mounting holes and wall those need to line up. Look at removal of face most cases side removal some are top, depends on weight and ease of.

Wonders if it does any good to turn these emails over to authorities.
