I got mine thru the dealer when I bought it last week. Nokian Hakkapeliittas, not the "R" ones, whatever that means but the better ones for $203 each and they installed them for me. that was a pretty good price for Hakkas.
good point. I was dumb enough to buy the one with the sports...
it just rots! my daughter also has a Fusion with the 18" tires. I had to buy Nokian Hakkapeliitta for mine and those don't come cheap. what a rip off to go from a Cadi to a Ford and pay more for snow tires than I did for the Cadi. just ticks me off. our other Fusion has 205/60/R16 tires...
well, I traded my Cadi as I was sick of paying more for eveything and went with a super common car as I figured things would be cheaper...not!
I now have two ford Fusions. one has normal tires the other has these stupid 225/45/R18 tires. why or why did Ford do that! I thought tires for the...
yes we did get our start somewhere. if you really are wanting to learn, spend some time looking over threads where others have posted designs. you can see the process from start to finish. what you posted has some serious issues so it is a good place for you to start. re-do it and re-post it.
you can print on glitter vinyl. if you want colors, you can print with the translucent foils or the process. if you want silver glitter letters, use the color you want everything else to be and knock out the letters so the substrate shows
it is too complex with all those lines and setting it at an angle makes it hard on the eyes.
go back to the thread where you originally started posting your ideas. there were a couple of good ones posted by members that took the logo in a direction that included a circle but weren't so...
include a line item even if there is no charge that clearly states that the design is for production of...(insert what it is for) by (your company's name) only. all other uses are prohibited. design available by quote or whatever you want to say to make it clear they can buy it for other...
I'd re-work the top one. attached is a quick re-do using all the elements you have but placed differently.
the biggest problem is 6 months is a long time and the sign still has to look good as the public has no idea that it is a temp sign.
check out the thread in the corel section from Joe Diaz titled "New illustration project". great work can be done with a brush or a cyber brush as talent is talent. so yes, I would say I would mourn the passing of talent no matter how the talent was expressed.
sorry to hear about Jeff's mom passing.
you are so right about having things set up just in case. when my mom and dad passed away, I was lucky in that my mom was very organized and had everthing I would need to know including their funeral wishes all in one place.
Q
when I am in composer, I click on "output all" which takes me to the plot page. it isn't until I select the cut icon that the GQMrg starts up. was your GQMrg availble to click onto when you went to the plot page or did it come up after you selected the cut icon?
you did a job, sent it to the plotter and cut the job then shut off both the plotter and computer, then two days later, sent another job to the plotter and it tried to cut the job sent two days earlier? is this correct?
