i based it off of a matte vinyl setting and just played with a few things until i got the desired output.. since every printer is a little different i'd suggest trial and error until you are satisfied. It would make everyone's life a lot easier if there was one profile that worked perfect...

what values are you using for your black.. i do everything in CMYK and use C=60 M=40 Y=40 K=100 to get a rich black. I also use convex with pro-shield. There is a part right below where you put the disk in that is touch sensitive. I put one on my nephews ps3 and he couldn't eject the disks nor us the power button on the front....????
