Looking for this template, I have one for a 2010 and can use the front number plate from the older style ktm. However it does not include the airbox pieces. Can anyone direct me to a good template or have made one that is willing to sell it?
Thanks,
Matt
Custom Graphx,
Thank you for the link I do have a sandblast blade and it has worked flawlessly for 2 years until now.
Bigdawg,
If you have any success please pass it along as i will do the same. Maybe the 3 year mark everything falls apart!

Thank you for the info on the alternate blades
The machine is just shy of 3 years old. It still cuts regular vinyl out just fine. However when i try to do the thicker laminated stuff it all goes downhill and i end up having to trace the cut lines first. I've bumped the cut pressure up so much that through some parts its cutting through the...
I tried lubing the blade holder and taking it apart and cleaning everything and it is still having the same issues? Guess its time for a new one? is there any way that the pressure sensor can go out or malfunction? I also have a vs-540 and was thinking about taking the blade holder out of it to...

This is also something that i've been able to do for a couple of years and not have any problems until now..
Thanks for the info. I will check for debris in the blade casing

I have a VP-300 and the cutting pressure isn't consistent through out the job. I'm cutting on pages that are 30" x approx 36" with various objects within them, but still under 10qty. Half of the cuts are perfect and then others are not cut enough. I've tried adjusting the pressure up with no...
Thank you for the information! I had tried what the font but with no avail. Seems as whatfontis.com is a better version! Great link and yes one of these will work perfect!
Matt
why do you say to take it out? overuse? style? please explain so i can see what you see. For me i believe there are much better fonts, however in certain applications i could see where this would a good suit.
I have plenty of graphics that need printing.. that is not the problem.. just asking a question because it would be a nice finishing touch for some of the better clients i have!! Sometimes going the extra mile really pays off with some people.
Anyone successfully manage to do kiss cutting on their vp-300? I've printed with registration marks, laminated, then cut-out like normal. I then pushed a pin through the crop mark so that I could set the base-point when i flipped the media over for the kiss cut. Went into versaworks and imported...
