    Looks like you've got laminate running thru your crop mark....I've had that problem before...you need to remove the laminate from the crop mark and the area around it.

    If you get a chargeback, you should get a notification in the mail. We've only been burnt once. It was with a stolen credit card. We took the card info over the phone and didn't get an imprint of the card. So we got stuck with the loss.

    My guess is that you really need to get in there and do some cleaning. Something is tripping the sensor.
