  1. Flatbed UV printing available in Texas ?

We're not in Texas, but we're a 2 day ship there. We can even get freight to the Dallas area next day in some cases. Can I get you a quote?
  2. AUCTION: Screen Printed Exit/Salida Signs

WCSign has the high bid of $25
  3. Organization Help

To each his own.... We are upgrading our software right now, but for the longest time we use a paper system with a clear plastic sleeve. Job Tickets: We build an invoice in quickbooks and print a special version of that as a job ticket. It's easy to do with templates. We then print that off...
  4. AUCTION: Screen Printed Exit/Salida Signs

We have 20 of these signs that a customer rejected. Since they are generic I thought I would check to see if any of you are interested in them. They are .040 Aluminum, double sided with reverse arrow. The packaging sheets we originally shipped them in left a white residue on one side of each...
  5. Poly Bag Sign, Union, High Volume Printer for Wholesale / Trade

For poly bag you might try Gill Studios. I'm not sure there's a MM on here that does them otherwise. There aren't many places that do them at all, let alone wholesale. For coro, we would love a shot at the business!
  6. Probably the youngest Kid in the Industry

Welcome Jon! I remember regularly being the youngest person in the room. I started about 8 years ago when I was 22 or 23. I'm glad I did! This industry has given me an ability to feed my family and stay challenged. -Gene
  7. shop thoughts

It doesn't get any better. We have 9000 sqft and we're looking for more...
  8. My Greatest Personal Accomplishment... LAUNCHED on Kickstarter Today!

It's easy to see how much work you put into everything. Good luck!
  9. How Would You Produce?

We would screen print and include an overprint clear for additional protection. Should last 5 years and would likely be the most cost effective way to get it done. Let me know if you want a quote. We need the size, guage and the grade of reflective to give you an accurate quote. Thanks!
  10. We try to get more traffic usinf our phone #

This seems interesting, but I'm not sure how it would actually get more traffic. If they already have your phone number, wouldn't they just google your name instead? On the flip side, it costs less than $10 a year to have a second name, so if it does get you just one customer, it's probably...
  11. Print "Wholesalers"

I sure hope you think we are one that rocks. We work very hard to be trade only.
  12. Storing Credit Card Numbers Securely

Storing customer credit cards is just asking for trouble. Wedo it reluctantly on paper forms in a locked cabinet in a locked office. Someone would have to physically break in to steal our customer data. It's a little archaic, but it can't be hacked. PCI compliance testing a network and computers...
  13. Wholesale Pricing

The difference between wholesale and retail is the amount of work to be done. We are a wholesale trade only supplier, but we don't charge less just because of who we sell to, we sell sell less than retail because we do less work than a retail signshop would selling the same products. This all...
  14. scammer alert

I'm not exactly sure how these scams work, but I don't think it's to get free banners. I think the scam has something to do with the reversal of funds on the credit card. Somehow, they scam you to give them a partial refund of an overpayment or something.
  15. hi im chris, what was your biggest mistake?

I agree with the other posts. Learning to say "No" was the best thing we ever figured out. You can be everything to everyone. The biggest challenge is saying "No I don't do that" when you know there's a way and you might have the time. At first you need to say yes to alot of things just to...
  16. wall cutter

It's not a bad cutter for the price (if you can still even get one) but for any kind of a production run it won't stand up. We have a Foster Keencut Steeltrak now and we love it.
