So I found this 2" divider bar which I think will work well for the middle bars. I was going to use 3mm ACM for panels. I'm thinking that a .25" gap might be too much. Also not sure what suppliers carry this stuff?

Have a customer requesting a banner that is weighted at the bottom. I suggested a pole pocket and wood pole to slide in the bottom. They said the ones they had gotten in the past had something sewn into the bottom hem that weighted it, she wasn't sure what it is. Anybody have an idea of what...

I agree... However, the magnets are getting swapped out almost daily. Each machine has 12+ magnets that get swapped out, lots of machines. Decals won't work for their situation. I have suggested a magnetic board located near each machine, but that doesn't work for them either.
