    i am downsizing a sign made in ps, but the text is pixelated pretty bad. the original sign is 27"x96"...the small one is 18"x24", so i have to change the size of the text and all. do i use bicubic smoother? or what else ? thanks brett

    you can, but i have only done it it from the psd file...you may lose certain effects though
