i absolutely am tired of this bs banding with my roland 300v. it prints great for a while and then all of a sudden here are some bands for ya??? usually reds and blues, i have done numerous adjustments with the feed cal. even tried different profiles, still there. has anyone figured out a remedy...

yep, the print is same size as layout, like i said before...i had just printed and cut 2 identical prints , no problem? i do save file before cutting

i had a tough time today getting my sp-300v to find the 3rd crop mark. after 799 tries and talking with roland tech un-support, i ended up hand cutting the contour. i even called flexi tech, which was more helpful but still no cutty. the graphic was 2.5'x12'..i had just cut 2 identical runs , no...

well, it makes the opacity go away, sort of more solid. i'll try to show a pic later...

i created some text in photoshop with a gradient and faded drop shadow. i opened it in flexi to contour cut, but can't figure out how to keep the drop shadow. i tried to put a contour cut on the outside far enough to include the shadow, but it changed the way the shadow looked for some reason...

yeah, i replaced those not too long ago, but i've got a tuneup kit coming with captops,wipers, sponge etc...thanks

i was getting dirty looking prints...well, after numerous cleaning, i contacted roland and said to replace captops. have them ordered , hope it works? weird thing though is that it mainly happened with 3551 and 3951?

still ridin' dirty.. it's killing me, now there are a few ink splatters on the print, guess i'll clean again???

did some window perf no worries, course the holes prolly helped. trying 3651 now?

just noticed on my test prints for a graphic that there is a lot of dust looking specs in the print. i have done manual cleaning , cleaned the channel where the sheet cut blade runs, everything. still happenin'. any tips on what to do? thanks brett

i'm trying to match oracal red to a print on 3551. i tried the rgb values..too dark, trying 3951 profile now? any tips or way to match close, doesn't have to be exact..thanks brett

i never use wet method, just make sure you apply correct squeegee technique and done. hinge method will help too.

how do apply gradients to a shape in flexi? i have a rectangle, rasterized..then what? thanks brett
