If your tracing skills are limited to auto tracing, I would send it to the Vector Doctor. He will trace it perfectly by hand, have it back to you quickly and at a price far less than you spending an hour on it.

We always use Gerber 3M 280I and Gerber transparent foils ... each of which is a match for the 3M color reflective series with the exception of black. You will get mixed and less reflective results with spot colors because they all have varying degrees of opacity.
