Thank You I was scanning my Garamonds in my font viwer and they didn't look similar... until I scrolled down to ITC Garamond at the bottom of the list. :thankyou:

Again, no offense to anyone that vectorizes for a living but....all compitent sign makers should be able to do this themself. If it's vectorizing in Flexi or taking an extra 10 minutes to hand cut a xerox copy on top of a piece of black vinyl and then scanning. C'mon people!

Does anyone here........... who has COREL 12, have issues with the font flyout menu locking up for a while?

Well.... I believe the question was concerning COREL. But if we want to venture into Photoshop..... a mask is applied (the pink area) and then you save as a "TARGA" file.

An alternative to transparent bakground in COREL..... is node editing, just like a vectored shape....see photo
