We print them on 3651 w/ no lam. The guy I have done a few for corporations for, sprays a clear poly over the top of them. That seals it up, helps it stick to the board, and protects it from bean bags scratching it up.

I use INTERNAL drives EXTERNALLY. Cheaper storage. Just get the cradle, and stick in the USB, Firewire, or ESATA card.

Mimaki is turned on when I need to print stuff, and stays on all day till I go home. At night, it's off (on the front panel) but there is a master switch on the back, that always stays on.

That's like the one I saw on AFV where the guy operating the crane knocked over the porta potty, and stuff just was oozing out everywhere, then a guy IN A TIE came falling out with all the poo. Pretty sure he would have been refered to as "the boss".

Pretty sure it isn't meant to be laminated. It's fairly durable, but as with anything, if you run something sharp across it, it will leave a mark. I think you are asking for trouble if you put a lam on it.

Your production should still be ABOUT the same. You just have to plan 24 hours in advance. You would have to have a ton of spare rolls though. Do you have trouble w/ it leaving marks even after it's set 24 hours?

I haven't used my original Estimate once, because I haven't taken the time to set it up. However, the online never ending payment, especially at that price, no way.

Well, first, it won't let me...I have three rollers, and when doing something 54" on my Mimaki cutter, I HAVE to have all three in use. But my cutter PMS's so bad if those rollers aren't digging in good. It'll be off by 1/16" at the end if they aren't all rolling tensioned well.

Mine won't cut dead on if I don't have rollers smack in the middle of it. I just print it one day, and cut it the next. It never leaves any marks long as it's dry. If I print it an cut it only leaving an hour or so to dry, it will have marks down the middle of it every single time.
