    cotton ones will shirnk to most, 50/50 not so much. Never heard of pre-washing before either.

    Wow, if $7 of laminate is going to bust you then you need to raise your prices. Sorry, also it you can't apply that small of decal with no bubbles you might want to consider getting some professioal help. Pretty basic stuff here.

    I use the 3M in our air drill. If it were me I would find someone with a hottsie pressure washer and have them blast the old cracked vinyl off. Done that a few times, it worked well.

    I cook 90% of my families meals. Last night I made Pork chops glazed in brown sugar and mashed potatoes with homemade apple cider gravy and some corn.     After 22 years I get the burned out feeling once in a while. What helps me is to go drive out of my area and look at work from other shops. Gets me fired back up. Also I drink a little less and this helps clear my head.

    I used to, I ended up with a dumpster of old film!!! the days of stocking a million vinyl colors is past. We need a special color we print it. Another thing we used to do with scrap vinyl is sell it as Jack-o-lantern decoraring kits. We sold a ton, the guy next door had a pumkin patch deal.
