Acrylic panel, gemini tracks, weld-on glue. Simple, just cut some plywood to the space you need and apply the tracks using the plywood as a spacer. Done it a thousand times. PM me if you need help.
I guess it all depends on how you want your company to be refected. One that uses top quality material making stuff that will last or just some cheap hack out to get the job on price alone. 651 is a good material for cheap stuff as outlined in it's specs from oracal.
+on 6mm MaxMetal. I would do a frame around it and chain it so it can't swing too much.
That thing would beat itself to death if left to swing like that. All hanging signs I have ever made that are over 6 sq feet do not swing.

Here are some wall mounted .040 aluminum signs I made. I bend a 2" lip all the way around the glue foam to the back to make it rigid. Then install them on alumunum track
so there are no screws in the face of the sign.
Pressure sensitive film, you better figure out what that is, you are going to need to know.
BTW, how are those Tigers doing? Order is restored! GO BIG RED (off the the Big 10)
Yes you need laminate. It makes the print last longer, and WAY easier to install by making the film thicker. Good luck, I would go to Fellars and take their wrap class if all you have ever done is see it on youtube. Or just start wraping friends cars for free until you get good at it. You will...
we use 13 oz for normal banners, 16 for stuff going to be up a while. Banners are SHORT TERM, be sure the customer knows this.
I have morons that order banners and think they will last 5 years.....Morons..I meant customers....
