Most vinyls will be between 2mil and 4 mil for what you are asking. As for the cost, that seems super cheap. I'd be a little careful.

Then, you either didn't prep it correctly or there's a temperature difference and you need to let the tape on there a lot longer. I've already left it on overnight and told the customer to slowly remove it the next morning, if it's outta your way to go back.

If you prepped the window properly, there wouldn't be any moisture or anything else on the glass. In fact, there shouldn't be any contaminants on it at all. How long until the vinyl starts to let go ?? Or is it happening while you're taking the application tape off ??

Did you put it on dry or wet method ?? If wet, what did you use ??

So, is this a reverse cut for inside or are you applying outside ?? My first question would be..... what and how did you prep the surface ??

For the most part, most calendered vinyls are gonna be somewhere between 2.5mil to 4mil in thickness. Matching laminate will be in the neighborhood of 3 mil. I have no idea what or how you would use an 11 mil vinyl WITH laminate on anything. You seem to have a grasp on what you are using and...

Runners can be wood, metal, aluminum, tube..... can all be purchased at Home Depot and the likes. Sign supply houses have all kindsa brackets, too.

Sandwich the fence between the sign and a runner of whatever and secure it with fender washers. There are a myriad of brackets and things to use for this, but the fender washer/runner is the easiest and fastest. You do realize, you'll most likely need a second person ??
