I don't know anything about that cutter or software... but I do know that cutters cut vector files, & vector files don't "pixelate" so either your software is converting a vector file to uselessness... or the files were already useless. Saying your bringing files in from corel or illustrator...

is it a USB key? I sometimes shut down the program & remove the key to run Flexi on a different workstation, then when I come back to the first workstation, if I plug into a different USB port, when I launch the program, it asks for the key... but when I always use the same port, it never...

put all your full color images in a simple cuttable shape... thenuse thermoflex for you white letters example. Charge less for white shirts, & more to cover the time to break out the sizzors for cutting your paper

I don't have much to offer, but I can say that I print to my Mimaki from Flexi 7.6 on XP pro SP2 & it works for me. I think you should get the Flexi upgrades. It is probably very inexpensive if you are already at 7.0 & I think there are many improvements. Maybe that will even get you fixed up.
