I think I did it...I just adjusted the threshold more.

I changed it to bitmap in PS and zoom in to find it gets tiny white dots all through the image. This image is a PITA. I only have a vellum to scan - I think that is where my 'grey' issue lies.

Fred, Buddy... :U Rock: Do you think that will eliminate the dot pattern when I print it? I had the image as greyscale and I put an image fill of 'spot' - Jet black and it printed a dot throughout the image instead of being a nice solid black image. I could waste edge positive to find out...

I gotta agree with Fred here about the Edge. Yes, I would like to print larger...yes, I have been here and there wishing that I waited and got a Mutoh Jr. and then reality hits me and I go hug the Edge again. It is a great machine! No other machine gives you so much versatility. No laminating...

I like Utopia, Fred! I'll have to get that one. Another Sans Serif I use all the time is Castle.

I have been known to use Blacklight D too, George! Way better than brush script...or mistral...or comix - :biggrin:

I go through font moods too...especially on the one's that I am planning to buy - that changes all the time. But, still I find myself using the ones I posted for a lot of things...especially Palatino and Fenice. Fenice could possibly win my all time favorite font prize...possibly....for today...

What are your favorite fonts? What fonts do you find yourself using over and over - your tried & true fonts? Keep in mind these are what you use from what you have. Not ones you wish you had. Mine are... Light Sans Serif - Zapf Humanist (& Triumverate, which you can't seem to live without)...

I have a Gemini Font Chart hanging in my shop...a customer spotted Herman Italic (no, I was not here to dissuade him from it...) and he wants to use that. Can anyone tell me what the trade font version is, seems as though 'Herman Italic' is only a Gemini font. Even something close will work...

Now if I downloaded that font...would I not be adding to the (repeat after me: clone=pirated, pirated=clone, clone=stolen, stolen=financial loss, financial loss=bankrupt)? What made you post a link, Fred? I think all the frilly-dilly foo foo fonts in that package for $99 are nice, but then...

Thanks Fred! That's exactly why I couldn't find it! (clone=pirated=lots of wasted time looking for fonts=higher bill) :Big Laugh Pretty font though, I'm going to buy that one.
