Just a thought... wondering if it may be heater issues. You may want to try doing a little testing up and down with the degrees. Or, they may not be going on and off properly.
The force can be set in the software "or" in the cutter. If it is set to use the software's setting, it won't help adjusting the cutter... and vice versa.
If you find out you need a printhead, we have an extra one here for sale. It's brand new, never installed, and we'd take $1200 for it. It is for a HP FB500/FB700, so you'd have to confirm if it's the same that the FB550 uses. Part number L1Q41-67065.
Could be a chance of bad ink, (although it hardly looks like it, especially since both cyan aren't doing the same thing). HP has had quite a bit in the past months. We tried many different things on one of our printers, only to find out that it was bad ink.
Has the WHITE INK option.
Good printheads and low sq. ft. usage.
The machine is being used in our sign shop until it sells. You're welcome to come see it in action.
Great working machine at only $19,300.
Onyx 10 RIP software is available, but not included.
It can be purchased with computer for...
Are you using original Agfa ink? We had the same issue on an Agfa Anapurna M2. With original ink, the machine worked fine, on another machine we had aftermarket ink, and had the same problem. Never could resolve the issue.
We have found the bleed on the contour cut leaves the hairline of white as well. Never realized it can be fixed. Will be watching to see if someone knows how. We use the regular outline tool to get around it when we can.
2009 machine that has been upgraded from a LX800 to a LX850. It has been on a service contract until a few months ago, when it was decided to be sold. The magenta/yellow print head is not being recognized by the machine, which happened just after the service contract was cancelled so it didn't...
It may be your material... could be old, or not good for printing on.
Or, possibly your preheat is set too low, or not working (to properly heat the material).
You may want to try a new USB cable.
We've had recent issues with our Summa, and that is what is was.
We also needed to do a firmware update, because it messed that up as well.
Does anyone have the print head installation/replacement document for an Agfa Anapurna M2 ?
Or even some notes from someone who has done it before would help.
Thanks in advance.
Wasatch - save to RTL file
Have Wasatch 7.1 RIP loaded, but can't figure out how to save to a RTL file... required to print through the Agfa program to the printer.
It's saves it as a PRV file.
