Got a an old falcon junior in and I need a service manual. Any help greatly appreciated!!!

My falcon steel belt that carries the cartridge is riding up and down. It there a way to set the tension or tool to help out?

Yeah nothing at all. Its like someone just shut that head off... I checked the fuses and no errors on the printer lcd... Could it be a bad cable???

Ok I can pull ink through the capping station with head over it.. Also I can force ink through the head with a syringe... Any other ideas Im stumped

I have an older mutoh falcon 6 color... One head is not working at all... I checked the main board fuses, pulled ink through the dampers and capping station. I even put an old head in that we had.... It will print the three colors for the other head and then three blanks in the nozzle...

I have an older mutoh falcon 6 color. I replaced a yellow cartridge and it wasn't printing so I did a cleaning... Then the nozzle check was all yellow so I cleaned the head with a little solvent and then did a power clean. It worked fine for about 10 ft then it was like some one shut...

My other question is.... I helped a friend change one once but we taped the broken end to the new and fed it through that way. This time I can't do that. How hard is it to open up the back side of that channel. Thanks for your help in advance stealth

Cleaning Carts is a good idea never thought of that! So as long as I am using a CYMK profile than it wont call for LC LM to print so no cleaning fluid will end up on my prints right? This site is great! Lot of help here.

Right now we are using flexisign 8.62. I found a cymk profile for the orajet vinyl we are using instead of cymklclm. That is the only mention I can find of any type of change like this. I am worried about the heads drying out. If I keep a lc lm cart in there and do a cleaning or...
