Use a straight O Flute From Onsrud, They cut with no up or down pressure. I cut plastics with them all day long. I love them. I run about 12K RPM and 100IPM.

I have installed the new Onyx 11 and trying to use the cut server to do my contour cutting and when I try to open the Cut Server (even running as administrator) it tells me there is a JVM error and it won't open. Any Ideas? Running Windows 8.1 Pro with plenty of horse power.
I tried the free trial of CorelCad. It seemed like a pretty good alternative for the price. I've also used DraftSite which is free and an open source program if you want to get your feet wet without spending any money.
Pat, Thanks for your help. Yeah this material has been pretty hard to find in a roll. I've found a 3M and Mactac products that sound similar but they require very large up front investments and I don't want to order material for a 10 year supply.
I'm trying to print to it on my HP L26500 our current screen print process uses a paper based material but I'm trying to get out of screen printing as much as possible and want to keep a similar product. The main key is that it is thin. probably .002-.003 thick paper. Also needs to be writable...
