Most of the time if a fuse is blown on the head board this means you have a shortcut into one of the heads of the A group due to ink leakage on the circuits inside the head (often following a shock on one head or due to the usage of third party inks). You have to determine which head is the...
First when the machine says "Move to cap pos" you need to have the print carriage and cut carriage stuck together and locked (meaning that if you push the carriage to the left it should not move).
Then you press enter the machine says "Setting up the limit". You press enter once again and the...
Also the test print doesn't mean anything unless the printer has been properly cleaned and the cap tops and wipers replaced before. If the machine was kept filled with genuine ink there's a good chance you can recover most of the nozzles. There's no way to tell you if the heads are good or not.
Also check if the encoder stip is properly centered into the sensor slit on the whole width of the printer. You don't want the sensor to scratch your brand new strip. If it's not centered you just have to move the sensor back or forth and check again.
Feed motor errors are extremely rarely caused by hardware failure (in fact I have never ever seen a feed motor error that was caused by hardware failure). Most of the time it's caused by a new roll being too heavy for the feed motor (especially with banner rolls) or anything that could block the...
Outer glow can be caused by electrostatic deflection. In this case the glow gets worse if your head carriage is in high position. Check first if it's the case then go to low height. Reducing the speed can also reduce the glow. If you change the vinyl roll to one that's not statically charged the...
The problem you have is that your machine cannot clean properly. Given the problem is present on every head, that's probably because the head carriage isn't properly aligned with the cap tops during cleanings.
You should watch from the front side if your cap tops are properly centered on the...
