Depends if the trailer has rivets and how long you want it to last...if it has rivets you need good cast vinyl...if it is perfectly flat and temporary you can get away with a good cheaper vinyl.

We don't use heat for normal laminating anymore...it can reduce silvering of the laminate but also causes problems applying a stretched heated laminate that wants to shrink back to normal size which causes peel up the edges. Sometimes you can find a higher resolution version of the customers picture just by searching google image with the picture and seeing where its being used online... it also sometimes shows you where the pic came from so sometimes you can just buy the high res version if its on a clipart site...
