It is never too late to buy real estate. Make sure you always charge market rates and then some for rent. You will need a separate llc for the building. I bought our building in 2005. The morgage payments are about 20% of market rent rates today. I let our cpa initailly treat the morgage...

Can you send it over pre-paginated? The down side it might rip longer or forever. There usually 2 settings that can effect this. Find both of them. It looks like you found one. Also if you are sending over a PDF, then make sure the bounding box is set to trim size.
  9. Medium-format flatbed printer?

We were able to retire our white option by changing it to a cm, and buying an additional head. On the pre-pagaination, there are many reasonable software solutions. For less than $300 per seat we use Montax Imposer Professional that we have installed on 6 computers, and is used constantly...

It was plenty close for our use. Although 10sacer, I will note your idea. I used stamps.com and printed that to a PDF, then added the pdf background. Merged that with a single common front. Then laid it out on the 48x96. The only problem was I did not check with the po if that would be ok on...

It seem most coro is never square, and often 48.5x9.5. You can lay them out 10 up in your rip and size them to fit 48.5. Or do what we do and pre paginate them using a simple pagination program for about $300 Since we are printers we at first tried to print these like sheet fed printing...
