More then likely they are painted and if so it will be allot cheaper just to replace pans then to try and do something with painted pans. Not to mention the pictures marlene posted if they are anything like them there formed pans and no way are you going to make them look good with something else.

Sun tek and Johnson both well sell direct to you unless theres another dealer in your area we have both of them and there both pretty good but we only use 2ply and we do window tint and commercial tinting also. Both carry tools.

K.A.S its made out of Komacell.Wanted something that would not have a big weather issue from rain and such thats also why we went with Western Red Cedar we thought about resin board but didnt like it as well as cedar.
